Distinction Condominium – August Community Update

Welcome back to LASH Construction’s Community Portal. Here you will find monthly updates on the progress of our Distinction residential condominium project located at 11 Lillian St. (the corner of Lillian and Soudan.) Our goal is to provide the community with an interactive space where we provide updates on our progress, as well as the ability to contact the developer with questions or concerns relating to the project. The sky is the limit at Lillian and Soudan. Residential floor forming is still taking place as we move towards the buildings final model.

Interior studwork will continue and should be completed by the end of the month. Interior suite drywall will continue with expectations to have the 18th floor completed this month. Exterior aluminum paneling will be completed on all elevations of the building. Balcony railings have now been installed and rooftop stucco work will be completed by the end of this month. Plumbing, sheet metal and electrical work continue throughout. The hoist continues to operate up to the 20th floor of the building and the Interior elevator build will continue with elevator tiles now being installed. Landscaping will continue at the roof with the ground floor and streetscaping work expected to start. Suite finishing will be completed up to the 10th floor which includes tiles, doors and trim, kitchens, countertops, painting, sinks, toilets and wood flooring. The main lobby finishes, including drywall, will commence this month and start to take shape.
